Employee Benefits Package

Employee Benefits is the number one item that helps attract and retain Employees.  At the minimum an Employer must at least offer a standard Employee Benefits Package just to be on the same playing field as their Competition.  Employee Benefit Packages include a combination of health, dental, vision, retirement, life, disabilities, paid time off and other fringe benefits.  Understanding how to create and manage an Employee Benefit’s package is key in attracting and retaining employees.
